Butter Chicken Ingredients:

2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp garam masala

2 tsp mustard oil
For Gravy:
2 tsp oil
2 butter cubes to taste
3 grams cloves
1 cinnamon stick, chopped
For Marination:
1. Put raw chicken pieces in a mixing bowl and add salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Mix well.

For Marination:and mustard oil. Mix well and refrigerate again for an hour. Roast the marinated chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes until it is three-quarters cooked.

1. In a pan with butter
Heat 2 tsp oil.
2. Add cloves, cinnamon stick, mace and cardamom. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger and fry it.

3. In another pan, heat two more cubes of butter along with ginger garlic paste.

4. Add tomato puree made from the mixture. Now add red chili powder, kasoori methi, honey and finally the fried chicken pieces.
